Yes! Personalization is one of the things we love most at Dixie Magnolia Market. Many of our products can be customized with names, monograms, wording, or other details. Available personalization options will be listed on the individual product page.
How long does it take to make my order?
Processing times vary depending on the item. Many of our products are handmade, printed, engraved, or personalized especially for you. Please check the individual product listing for specific processing information. Processing time is separate from shipping time.
How long does shipping take?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation. Because personalized and made-to-order items may enter production quickly, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has begun.

What if there is a problem with my order?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and photos when applicable. We'll work with you to determine the appropriate next step.
Will the colors look exactly like they do on my screen?
We do our best to accurately represent our products, but colors may vary slightly due to monitor or device settings, materials, printing processes, and other factors.
How should I care for my apparel?
For best results, follow the care instructions included in the product listing or provided with your item. Printed apparel generally lasts longest when washed inside out in cold water with mild detergent and dried using low heat or hung to dry. Avoid ironing directly over the printed design.
